The majority of Brian's work at the Sport Medicine Clinic these last 14 years have been pre-occupied with general massage therapy containing by not limited to the 3 Rs: Relaxation/Rest, Recuperation, & Restoration. Brian is always reminding members and clients to be cognizant of their lifestyle choices, in particular through exercise, postural awareness, and mindfulness in daily routines.
Before Brian began his work with the Sport Medicine Clinic, he spent 26 years as a Registered Massage Therapist, working with numerous artists and athletes. The organizations that Brian has worked with over the years include: NBC (for 30 years), the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League (CFL) (for 16 years), the Ottawa Senators of the National Hockey League (NHL) (for 2 years). For all of these organizations, Brian worked in conjunction with the training staff - including athletic therapists and trainers - aiding and assisting in the prevention of injuries and overtraining/repetitive strain injuries and recovery from fatigue/stress, while occasionally preparing - with sports massage - athletes in pre-event/game activity/readiness.

Types of Injuries & Conditions that Brian treats:
Specialize in treating clients who overtrain, resulting in strains (repetitive strain syndromes) and those with chronic imbalances caused by sitting (mainly those with corporate/desk jobs), among many others.
