Jocelyn has 5 years experience as a physiotherapist. Over that time, she has worked with several types of sports injuries, including high performance athletes to everyday activity; post operative rehab; movement dysfunction; and injury prevention.
Jocelyn focuses on soft tissue manual therapy, pain management, biomechanical and exercise intervention, acupuncture, and functional mobility to promote increase healing and overall function and performance. Being a former athlete herself, member of the Ontario ski team, Jocelyn became interested in sport injury, prevention, and aiding people in achieving their optimal goals by overcoming injury and pain.
